Am I not allowed to pay for my mom's account using my credit card?

I want to pay for my mom using my credit card, but the payment keeps getting declined. Is it because the Credit Card must match the Fizz account name? I'm using the same credit card that I'm paying for myself.

Yes billing name and address on account should match same info of the card.12 -
Make sure the billing address associated to your card correspond to the address you declared to your bank for that card. You should be able to use your credit card to pay to your mother. If it keeps getting declined, contact the customer service team.9

I already pay an account of my relatives which live in a different city with the same credit card used in my account without problems
Double check all the information entered with the one shown in your credit card statement8 -

As our community members suggested, you need to make sure that the billing address you enter is exactly the same one as registered at the bank, any discrepancies between the billing address you enter and the one registered at the bank will end up with a failed update of the payment.

You can use the same credit card on your mom's account, only to make sure that you enter the correct information.
