my plan is fronzen and i got debited and it have been more than 2h

again i paid this morning by 11am and it was working until few minutes ago i tried rebooting my phone and everthing else please i need help it's an emergency

    Contact Fizz customer service. Sometimes seeing the chat bubble is hit or miss. You could log in your fizz account and under My Plans, click on manage my plan, then try to click unsubscribe. After doing this the chat bubble will appear.
