I was charged for their device even though I returned it

So I left FIZZ internet on June when I left Montreal and came back to my home country. So I had to return their router via Canada Post which I did. Even though I returned it they charged me frigging $169 even though I returned the router completely new. What should I do in this case? This is completely unethical!!

    Shazzad,
    Unfortunately,
You need to contact the Fizz customer service by chat and give them (the receipt) the proof of the return of the modem by post Canada.
With this information, they will cancel thoses charges for the modem.
