I added a new credit card for payment as the old one had to be cancelled to issue a new credit card

Your next payment will use the new configured card registered to your account. To.make sure you have no issue and sleep well:
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -

your new payment method to all of your Fizz plan.5 -

I took a look at your account and indeed the new payment method was added and set as default for your plan as well. Rest assured, the payment was also successful for your plan, you are able to check from My Plans - Transaction History.
