Transfer my number to another company a?

Hi,
I got a plan from fido company and i wanted to transfer my number to their company. I gave my customer number to them and they said that i have to call you and let you know about transfering and you should authorize.

    Here we are users, usually you do not need to authorise the transfer
    However, you can contact the support

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Normally you give your number that you want to transfer to new company and they should be able to transfer without having to do anything with old company.
    But to close the account on your old company you should clall and clear your account for any outstanding payment and ask them to close the account.once your new company confirms your mew account is created
