When are we receiving the next modem update? Many known bugs exist in this version. Was anyone able to install a custom firmware?

Yes, there are indeed many bugs in this version. However, since the routers are technically Fizz's property, I would hesitate to touch its firmware.My gut feeling tells me that large corporations like Videotron use the approach of "if it's not broken, don't try to fix it".
Hrair which bug do you have? Do you have problem with your modem? Perhaps someone here can help you to fix it...?

We will need to wait for an update. Yeah this version is garbage, I fund many bugs within my first day with this router.
