Wrong address was given for appointment for wifi installation, how do I change it?

Hi, I recently scheduled an appointment for sept 23 in my apartment but I accidentally gave the wrong address. I am trying to reschedule and it is still using the wrong address I put. How do I reschedule with a different address?

You can try to contact the support
Or
You can cancel and recreated a new subscription
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -
Contact the support, they will get to you in a matter of seconds, the person I contacted today, Anca, was very good and fast. Personnally if I was you I would simply cancel, since the modem is not shipped to you, the cable guy will bring it to you, so you can cancel and rebook. The fees only are charged once the plan is activated anyway.7
