You should have a tracking ID for the Sim Card--hopefully that can tell you where it is? If not, I would contact the support chat.6

You'll receive an email and have a notification in the app once you get the sim card. If you've received these but no sim card start a chat in the green bubble if not there may be a courier issue.5

Yasmin you can see where is your Sim in your Fizz account and click on MY PROFILE and on ORDER HISTORY. You will see your order. It could be late because of the promotion a lot of people try to have Fizz.
