Can my technician call me when they arrive?

Hi. So my technician should be coming between 7am-12pm today but my door buzzer doesn’t work. I left a note to call my cell to get in but I read that the technician doesn’t usually call for the visits. Is there some way to notify them to call me. I tried contacting CS but it’s so complicated and I don’t use Facebook. Please let me know.

It is really up to the technician, who may call you before coming over. You can also leave a note at the door so the the technician can see it clearly.

I had a good experience, the tech called 30 minutes in advance, verified everything was working, and left within the hour.9

If you left a note there should be no issue. Just make sure the it's still there
