I would contact the support chat. The referral bonus is supposed to happen when the 2nd month is paid by your referee.7

Olivier,
Have you checked in your account the status of your referral bonus?
Log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My profile
Click on: referral bonuses
Check the statut of the referral bonus you're talking about.
Does this referral bonus is still pending?
Normally, the credit will be deposit into your account after the second month of the personne you have referred.
It can happen that the new subscriber has canceled her plan.
If you need more explanations, please, contact the Fizz customer user by chat.4 -

No. It's not normal.
You should follow up with Fizz by contacting the support :

I had the same issue : referral bonus was pending during 4-5 months. I've contacted Fizz and they finally solved my issue. There are a couple of bugs with their system and their website ... so, don't wait and contact them.2 -
Referral credits should be credited to your account within one month, if everything goes well.
You have to account for all the verifications to go through.
Three months is not normal. You'd be best to contact Fizz Support:
https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
You can even chat with them in "My Account", or on FaceBook Messenger, how cool is that? You'd be hard-pressed to do that with Bell!2 -
