Paiment failed 4 days ago and still cant trigger a new one
So the payment failed they cut my internet , ive contacted the same day , they said a ticket With HIGH PRIORITY been created for you (3 days ago) i figured they say it to everyone i work from home and every day ive been contacting fizz the similar answer everytime equipe technique travaille le plus forte pour vous attandez email... they cant even trigger a payment by temselfes.... what is this customer service

You need to update your payment and associate it with your plan

Yep mike put a different card in case it was that was my first solution .. unfortunately nothing changed3

This is typical Fizz unfortunately.
There are at least 2 other Internet service providers with prices similar to Fizz.
You can try them out to see if the service is better.4
