Hi, I'm having an issue accessing my voice mail because I don't remember my PIN and I was trying to reach the support team on the Fizz web site but for some reason I can't find the chat bubble to reach the support team. Please let me know if this is a known issue and how to reach Fizz support team. Thanks

Modifiy your access code (PIN) to access your voicemail online, directly from your Fizz account.
(Under: My plans > Manage my plan > Advanced parameters > PIN to access my voicemail)
IMPORTANT: Unsafe sequences will be refused (for example : 1234, 8888, etc.).
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -
You should see a chat bubble at the bottom right of any support pages to get in touch with Fizz during their open hour.10

Sometime it takes a while. If Fizz employees are too busy. the bubble chat won't shows. Needs to retry every 15 minutes.9

If the chat bubble is not available, the fizz support is to busy.
So refresh and retry few minutes after.5 -
The bubble will display when a fizz rep is available during their business hours. Hopefully you were able to fix your voicemail!3
