I have been charged two bills even tho I've been with Fizz one month, anyone else?

The first bill dated from when I ordered my modem and the second dated from when I received the modem. But how come I've been charged 2 fully bills if I used my internet only one month??? Am I the only one thinking this is completely wrong?

    Victoria you can check in your account Fizz what the payment means. If you still need some assistance chat with Fizz to see if something is wrong with your payment service.

    Verify in your account to make sure that is the case. If you see it your your credit card bill as well then contact support for help on resolving it.

    As your modem was installed on July 28th, your payment cycle started in our system on that day and as the day of your billing cycle is for the 27th of each month the payment of your package is done on August 27th and your next payment cycle will start on September 27th.
