I have problem with "My Upgrades", how to change 250mb for 500mb?

You cannot swap if the slot was never activated
You need to wait the activation only after you can swap it,
I am recommending to wait 3 days before the new billing cycle to apply bonuses10 -

Try clicking on the 250mb that is pending activation. Does it give you any options like Revert?
Selecting this option, it will revert back to the previous state.
Otherwise when an upgrade is in pending activation state, you will have to wait until your renewal is complete before you can make additional changes again.8 -
It has to be activated. Just give it tome time after you select your 500mb and it should be fine6
