I have problem with "My Upgrades", how to change 250mb for 500mb?

I have additional 250mb of data in pending activation in "My Upgrades". Few days ago I received option to updgrade 500mb, Im trying to apply 500mb but nothing heppend. Why I can't apply 500bm instead of 250mb?

You cannot swap if the slot was never activated
You need to wait the activation only after you can swap it,
I am recommending to wait 3 days before the new billing cycle to apply bonuses

Try clicking on the 250mb that is pending activation. Does it give you any options like Revert?
Selecting this option, it will revert back to the previous state.

Otherwise when an upgrade is in pending activation state, you will have to wait until your renewal is complete before you can make additional changes again.

It has to be activated. Just give it tome time after you select your 500mb and it should be fine
