I received a defected sim card. Do I receive a new one for free by mail?

I know this since I have restarted my phone and switched to another sim card that is detectible. I need a new one by mail ASAP please.

Are you sure your sim card is defective?
Please, check if your cellular phone is compatible and unlock from the previous provider.
You can chat to the Fizz customer service from 8h00 to 21h00.
First, Get log to your Fizz account.
