I should still have coverage here .. I do not understand why my data shows as roaming .. I am paying a lot a month for a reason .. Can someone please assist????

Did you try to reboot the phone?
Do you have signal?
Do you have the network operator in automatic?2 -
Sabrina you need to activate roaming in your phone.

I also have the same problem. I have rebooted my phone and network coverage is on FIZZ EXT 4G. I'm in New Carlisle in the Gaspe region and have fluctuating signal and can't use the data at all.4

When you are using Fizz Ext you must enable the data roaming otherwise you will not be able to use the data2

What is your phone type?4

As they have said you will need turn on data roaming. Also you may need to select a specific Fizz Ext network. Not all have functioning data.7
