Why can I only dial outbound?

No one can dial or txt my line. A stranger answers sometimes when I try calling my mobile from my landline. What is the issue?

Did you just activate recently? It looks like you received by error, a number that is already in use.
You can logon your account, go to your mobile plan and make a request to change your phone number.14 -

There are also sub links about receiving calls/texts, but you might need to chat with support Open until 9pm14 -
Mathew, please note Mark is able to make calls. But he cannot receive them.

I can dial out with no issue. The problem is only inbound. I did recently activate. And this is the 2nd time I'm trying to change my number, same symptoms with the last number. Why would I keep getting numbers that are still in use?12

There might be a glitch in the system. Try the number change one more time.
This time, before you confirm it, try calling it first to make sure it isn't in use.11 -
Can you try using your SIM card in a different phone? This is really strange that others are able to get your calls!12
