Moving in an appartment where the renter already has Fizz

I am moving in an appartment tomorrow. I would like to get Fizz for my internet services. On Fizz' website, it doesn't let me sign up for my new address because the person living in the appartment is already connected with Fizz. I have asked them to cancell their susbscription so that I could sign up. They told me they have but it's still not working! I will need internet asap since I am working from home. Is there a way to resolve this problem?

Try to contact the support
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-mabonner-fizz
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -
Leila you will not have internet asap...because you need an appointment first . Go here if you can wait for Fizz internet...fizz.ca.
And contact them Chat with Fizz is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz
