Moving in an appartment where the renter already has Fizz

I am moving in an appartment tomorrow. I would like to get Fizz for my internet services. On Fizz' website, it doesn't let me sign up for my new address because the person living in the appartment is already connected with Fizz. I have asked them to cancell their susbscription so that I could sign up. They told me they have but it's still not working! I will need internet asap since I am working from home. Is there a way to resolve this problem?
