Hi, I'm supposed to have someone come over between 5 to 9pm to install my um... modem? Residential Internet. And I was told when I paid for it that I'd get a confirmation text before but its 4pm and I still havent gotten anything, does that mean I did something wrong and they're just not coming? Thank you if anyone answers!
