25 rebate on home internet not applied?

Hi!
I got a 25cad rebate on home internet, which I applied the same day as my home internet was activated. I just got my second bill and the rebate hasn't been applied, and the perk has expired. Any tips on why this may have happened?

Hi Virginia,
You can take a look in your account -> My profile -> Under Settings there is a section called "Plan receiving the referral bonuses". Just make sure the one with your address is selected.

Go take a look at your account on the website. Usually, as others pointed out, the 25$ is applied on the 3rd billing cycle.6
