Hi,
I scheduled my delivery for today August 25th from 5-9PM.
Is there any call or notification upon technical arrival? Can we track the status of the delivery somewhere?
Do they respect the time frame of the appointment?

The call is at the technician discretion
No you cannot track the technician
Usually yes, however, if they have a problem with a previous installation and you are the last on his schedule...... Yes they can skip your visit and you must schedule a new appointment8 -
They usually do, but sometimes there are difficult circumstances11

Hi,
I received a call a few minutes before the technician arrived. Very easy to install as we had cable years ago and we were still connected.9 -
Technician never arrived, no sign no nothing. I chatted with 2 differents customer services personnal and both told me the same story that the technician will come and will communicate with me if theres any delay. Im really disappointed.. no service, no help i guess now if i want to schedule a new appointment it will take another 1-3 weeks delay..8

Hi OK, This is really frustrating, I hope you are able to get a new appointment quickly. I have heard On this forum some cancelled appointments are moved to the next day.8

I believe that tracking a technician is not really legal! But well, who knows what will be introduced in the future, right?8

You need to schedule a new appointment. Sorry about that.
If your new appointment is too far, you can contact support and ask them to verify if it can be moved earlier if someone cancels his appointment.5 -

It's not all the technicians who's calling before your appointment.
You must be present.
Normally, the technician will bring you the modem, will install a câble if it's necessary and will check the signal of your internet connexion.
Also, it may happens that the technician is not coming to your place.
You'll be obliged at this moment to re-schedule online another appointment.4
