my connection is awfull i cant even watch a clip in IG or anywhere thats so disappointing.

Have you tried to reset your modem?
Press in with a needle 35,40 seconds the reset button back in the center of the modem.
Released it after, and wait 3,4 minutes to see coming back the lights of your modem.
If your computer is directly connected to your modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen:
Easy Connect.
Types twice the factory password (back of your modem).
Your internet connexion is supposed to be 100%, fonctionnal.
Just reconnect all your devices with this password to your wi-fi network.
I hope it will help you to get a better internet connexion.6

Did you try the easy troubleshooting like disconnecting or restarting the modem?
Support is available by chat from 8am to 9pm. You have to be logged to your account, then go to Solutions hub and find the FAQ related to yoour issue (for example internet connection). A green bubble should appear in the bottom right corner. If the bubble doesn't appear, it means that all the reps are busy at the moment.
You can also send your request by messenger any time. They will reply within a few hours.7 -
