Why with 12 GB data remain I received the notice for slow down?

I have around 12 GB data on the number ********** but on my account show me my data is slow down!?

Therefore, not the best place to publicize your phone number, I would like to advice your to contact the support in order to have your phone number canceled.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -
Did you download some large files? Might be a trigger for this type of notice. High use on one day?5

It doesn’t matter how much you have remaining. It just counts your consumption per day based on your average use3
