We are users like you in this community. You should contact Fizz customer service between 8am and 9pm by chat or messenger. They have access to your account.8

I don't see any chat window or a phone number to call Fizz with. I looked around and around but no contact info.7

There is no phone number. The service is 100% online.
In order to chat you should be logged in to your account and go to the Help section (Solutions Hub). Type the subject in the search box (for example type "address"). A FAQ page will open, and a green bubble should appear in the right bottom corner. If there is no bubble, it means that all the reps are busy at the moment. The chat is available from 8am to 9pm daily.
There is also an option to contact them by messenger, which I prefer. They reply within a few hours.7 -
