I recently tried out a new router and then put my modem in bridge mode, but I have removed the router and I did not put the modem out of bridge mode yet - I cannot access anything. Is there a way to fix this from a cell phone or without active internet?

you can try to reset to original settings by pressing and holding for 20 seconds the small button at the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip.7

Jennifer I think you need to have access to your Fizz app ..and internet or data...someone in your neighborhood or in your family? But contact Fizz support they will help you with that... Chat with Fizz is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.7 -
I think you can try to unplug and plug it back in. It should reset itself, no?9

Hi Jennifer.
You can press the small button on the back to reset. If it's like me and the reset button not working, you can always go in the dashboard by typing 192.168.100.1 then go in the Admin section and press device reset.
Have a nice day,
It's been a pleasure to assist you today.
