If it is a new building it might still be registered as commercial. I think if you chat with Fizz they might be able to help. Sometimes there is an exclusive contract for one provider in new construction.15

As long as where you are moving to is supported by fizz then there is no issue. You can issue a move in your account by going to your dashboard >look for internet section>click manage> moving your service. Hope that helps, if not try being a little more specific with your question10

It happened to my friend who moved to a newly built house. You should contact the support to verify if it's possible to define this building in their system as residential.9
