How come i went from 90-110mbps to 15-30mbps this week?

Internet was working fine until this week, I didn't change anything so i don't know why this is happening. I have the 120mbps internet plan, i tried resetting the modem yet i still get 15-30mbps,

Sorry to hear you are not having an optimal experience.
First you should try connecting directly to the modem via ethernet cable.
If the speed isn't right, try factory reset of the Fizz modem. Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds. If the problem continues, contact Fizz support.

If you are getting good speed, then the issue is with the wifi signal.
You basically have 2 options to resolve this:
- Put the modem in bridge mode and use your own router.

- Troubleshoot the wifi, use wifi analyzer and adjust the settings as needed.

1 - Are you able to connect directly to the modem via cable? If so, then try this an check the speed.

Can I suggest you to reset your modem?
Insert a pin into the reset button ( back in the center of your modem) for about 35,40 seconds.
Released it after and wait 3,4 minutes to see all the lights of your modem coming back.
If your computer is connected with an ethernet câble to your modem,
you'll see on the screen: Easy connect.
Just types twice the factory password (back to your modem).
Your internet connexion is supposed to be 100% fonctionnal.
You can do a speed test of your connexion.
The speed of your connexion is supposed to exceed 120 mbs if this test is done with an ethernet câble.
And reconnect all of your devices to your wi-fi network.
