Better provider than it's parent company Videotron - Yes (if you are the target market, i.e can self troubleshoot, know how to google issues). I am basically getting Videotron quality service/reliability at discount prices, without having to fight for deals, and I am happy. It's also risk free, don't like it then you just lose out on sim card purchase. No risk on internet.

Better than resellers - in my opinion - yes. - I've been with Teksavvy, and while I liked them there is more risk/upfront costs. Renting modem/router or buying it outright + installation fees. Service was great, but more work. You also get second rate service when you need a technician, as the reseller has to log a ticket with the cable company to fix an issue, and these are given second priority. I don't feel like it's the same with fizz, although I am sure there is a smaller priority vs regular Videotron customers.

If you get the service up and running and getting your projected speeds, then I don't see how Fizz is any worse than a big company like bell.While bell has more services, they have tons of more overhead and always transfer that to the customer.

I made the switch and couldn't be more content. I regret not taking the plunge when they were in alpha/beta.
