Internet quality is intermittent

Hi I'm plug in directly in my modem and I have those strange lag spike every now and then but they became more and more frequent. I made a speed test during those lag normally I stand at 3 ping 60 download ans 10 upload so as it should be according to my plan. During those lag I'm at 93 ping 4 download and 8 upload ( as shown in the picture). I would like to know why those lag happen and how can I fix them since they happen often then before.

Have you tried restarting the modem?8 -
Yes I have twice reset it to factory in the past and it's still happening7

When I had my internet with fizz I had the same problem. Contact support and I hope you get a better response than what I got.
