Service that I bought is 60mpbs and not match with the real speed 10mpbs?
The technician came and installed the modem I purchased the 60mbps but the speed is around 10mbps! The technician told me it would be ok otherwise contact our customer care. Now I see there is no customer care number and it's only a service for leaving messages! Can anybody fix the problem? Otherwise I will cancel it.

Did you try with the Fizz App or a computer connected with ethernet cable?
The problem can be an interference with the WiFi!6 -
