How long ago did you cancel? Do you still have the modem?
You'll need to contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-would-like-to-change-my-fizz-home-internet-plan-how-do-i-do-this
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.11 -

You want to cancel your internet plan?
First, log you into Fizz account.
Then, click on: My plan (internet)
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Unsubscription,
Follow the instructions, the date of your unsubscription, the return of your modem
