You need to add the new card, associate it with your plans, only then you can erase the first one.

Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
1- In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2- Click on Payment methods.
3- Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4- Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.
5- Now make your way to My plans.
6- For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.

ERika,
1) You add the new card,
2) You go to your services one by one to swap the payment card for the newly created card,
3) You come back to all your card and delete the old one.
Otherwise, you will get an error that the card is used elsewhere. It took me a while, but if you get the error that mean you forgot to swap payment card for one of your services.4 -
