Returning the modem

Hi. I hope you are doing great.
I am living in Montreal. but I want to move to Toronto at the end of August. how can I return the modem? I would really appreciate it if you help me.

    Log into your account and go to Manage.
    1- Click on Unsubscribe.
    2- Scroll to the bottom and confirm by clicking Unsubscribe.
    3- Tell us why you are unsubscribing.
    4- Enter the date when you want Home Internet service to end.
    5- Click Unsubscribe.
    6- On the next screen, download, write down or print your return ID number and follow the instructions for returning your Wi-Fi modem.

    Exactly like Mike said, just follow the instruction when you hit unsubscribe. Don't forget to keep the postal receipt just in case because it looked like some fellow had problem returning modem and fizz charged the modem price of 150$.

    If I return the modem I cannot use my phone number? Because I check the site and find this issue.

    what phone?
    Do you have a VoIP phone?
    Or you are talking about a mobile phone?

    My moble phone. If I returne the modem, am I still able to use my mobile phone or not?

    Simply follow the steps Mike provided above.

    Elnaz sure they are 2 different plans

    However, if you do not have a data plan, in your mobile then you cannot have access to internet when you are at home.

    When you move to Toronto you cannot use the Fizz line for more than 3 consecutives billing cycles and you need to have at least a Canada coverage.
