Log into your account and go to Manage.
    1- Click on Unsubscribe.
2- Scroll to the bottom and confirm by clicking Unsubscribe.
3- Tell us why you are unsubscribing.
4- Enter the date when you want Home Internet service to end.
    5- Click Unsubscribe.
6- On the next screen, download, write down or print your return ID number and follow the instructions for returning your Wi-Fi modem.

Exactly like Mike said, just follow the instruction when you hit unsubscribe. Don't forget to keep the postal receipt just in case because it looked like some fellow had problem returning modem and fizz charged the modem price of 150$.

If I return the modem I cannot use my phone number? Because I check the site and find this issue.

Elnaz sure they are 2 different plans

However, if you do not have a data plan, in your mobile then you cannot have access to internet when you are at home.

When you move to Toronto you cannot use the Fizz line for more than 3 consecutives billing cycles and you need to have at least a Canada coverage.
