Why do I need to turn off my phone every hour because i don’t receive calls or text ?

My phone doesn’t receive any phone calls or text unless I turn it off. I have to do the same thing over and over. All my messages go to my voicemail. It’s written no service but the bills are paid. I don’t know what do to, I’m missing phone calls from work.

If you do not have signal, it can be an hardware problem or that you are in a zone without a good signal.
