Check if one of the lights shaped as an arrow is off or fleshing
This means a problem with the coaxial cable
Try to turn off the modem for couples of minutes if it does not work contact the support
You can always contact the Fizz's support directly by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
Rebooting the modem is always a good thing to try. If not, maybe you could contact Fizz and see if there’s a problem3
