If if is your first installation you need to wait 15 minutes, in order the modem to finish the updates.
Did you try to turn off the modem for 1 minutes?
If not, you can try to reset to original settings by pressing and holding for 20 seconds the small button at the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip.
You can always contact the Fizz's support directly by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -
