Hi, I. Haven’t received my SIM card yet, I also haven’t activated it yet. At first I requested 4GB but I changed my mind and want to decrease it and make it 2GB is there any way possible that could happen? If yes can I please get precise directions...? Thank you !

Yes during the activation, if for some reason it will not work

Yes before activating your sim card. Otherwise, when you change your plan, it will take effect next month.6

If you cannot change your plan online, I’m sure that by contacting fizz by messenger, they will change it for you. It’s always worked well for me!4

Profile (person icon on the up right corner) -> My plan -> Manage Plan -> Adjust plan -> Change plan.
The effect will take place in 1 month.2 -

If your mobile plan is not active, you can choose what you need in your plan.

If you want to change your mobile plan after you have activated it:
First, connect to your Fizz account,
Click on: my plan
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Adjust my plan and change it.
Click on: save the change.
PS: This change will be effective at the renewal of your billing cycle.4 -
