A transaction of $57.49 was made on my account with order number: 6869586618, Order date: 2020-07-19, which I did not place.
Can you please remove that charge from my credit card?

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.15 -

Did you or someone sign up today for home internet 60 Mbps package?
If yes, then it's normal that a credit card would have been required and the first payment is taken when you sign up.
If no one in your family made this purchase, then as others wrote, you can chat with Fizz support in the morning.9 -

If yes,
It's normal. Fizz is offering pre-paid service and the first payment is automatically made when a Fizz user order it.
Your monthly plan will start the day of your installation by the technician.
If it's not that,
Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 each day.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
