Sometimes the badge are not unlocking automatically and you need to contact the support
No, one is enought for the badge point of view
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.16 -
Kurt I had the same issue with the Sundae badge and support had to fix it, as Mike mentioned. I don’t think I got my points though when they added but not worth the hassle of me contacting them again.9

For the past few badges, I have had to contact Fizz via Facebook messenger to unlock the badge, so do not hesitate to reach out to them.3

Be aware that contacting fizz support from facebook is not an active chat. Support request from facebook doesn't work well now. Maybe it was working well before, but now it's not.2
