How to solve a payment problem when expecting a new credit card?

Hello,
after a credit card fraud, my credit card has been cancelled and I'm expecting to receive a new one that has already been sent by the bank. Because of the old card cancellation, the automatic payment for home internet has failed and the internet service has been suspended. I don't have neither mastercard, nor prepaid card. How can I handle this situation and keep the internet provided untill I receive my new credit card expected in a couple of days.

You have 2 options
with a prepaid crédit card, this must be recharchable
Ask to a familly member to entre his/her credit card7 -
Or you can maybe skip one payment and lose the internet for a while
It feels good not to be "connected" all the time 8 -
I have been in the same boat. but for me, the payment was refused for no apparent reason. It took a while to sort it all out but finally my service was restored and payment was processed. I think Fizz should offer it's customer the same flexibility that the other company have. This is to receive an invoice (electronic of course) that you can pay via your bank account so this would eliminate the credit card hassle. Of course if you do not pay in time then Fizz would have the right to suspend the account.10

Please, try to get a prepaid (rechargeable) credit card by Desjardins or another canadian bank and enter this new payment method to reactivate your Fizz plan.8
