Why can’t I successfully reactivate my home internet?

I have just made my payment and received the email saying that I have reactivated my plan. However, the Wi-Fi does not work. What’s going wrong here?

    It seems that the problem has some connection with the “@“ light that is not blinking. How can I fix this?
