Is it possible to use Fizz with a Portable Hotspot?

I would like to buy a data plan from Fizz and use it with a portable HotSpot device. If I have device open to all providers, would this work?

For an LTE-compatible phone configured with LTE network preferences:
Mobile data: Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV)
