Why do my fizz points rewards don't add up?

I keep having badges but my fizz points doesn't seem to add up. Is there anyone who has the same problem and fixed it?

Hi Mathieu, Strange Problem you will have to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. Yes, I had the same problem yesterday.
I contacted fizz support and my points are adds at this moment.6 -
Sometimes, they aror bugs in that system. I once buy travel add on and never recieve the badge.6

I lost all my points, so there is probably a bug with the points system at the moment. Hope it will get resolve.5

Hey there, maybe it's just taking time to update. If later on the points still haven't been added, you should contact customer service.8

Same has happened to our two accounts the last day or so. We didnt have to do anything. When we logged back in recently all of our points were back to normal.5

In your case i suggest to contact a fizz rep by clicking on the green chat bubble available in your account dashboard, or by joining a rep by facebook under the name Fizz.

it does happen to me too, but logging out and back in usually fixes it4
