Hi Misha, you will have to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. You cant be refunded for your active plan.
Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00, each day if you need assistance.
If you dont need your Fizz plan, please unsubscribe. It's your only solution.
First, connect you to your Fizz plan.
then, click:

Click on the green chat bubble when you see it down to the right of the page.0 -

The best way is to contact fizz or ask your bank for a new credit card, the number on credit card will change if you ask the bank & fizz cannot charge it anymore if you do this.
