@ not lit on modem?

hi! our modem is on and all the lights are lit except for the @ one, so we have no internet. we have tried to unplug the modem and plug it back in several times and we just did a factory reset but it still isnt working. fizz chat is no help since the bubble doesnt even show up. help?

Hi Sam, yes you've seem to have done all of the possible options. Now if you dont see the bubble wait a bit or try later. It means that too many people are in a chat it will re appear at some point! Good luck0

Did you resolve the issue? If you’ve exhausted all options I would contact them directly for more information you can contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service.0
