I am a new customer and I see that the closest date is July 11, I would like to know if there is a closer wick for installation in longueil

A lot of people are moving on July 1st in Québec. This means that companies like Fizz (and other ISPs) are way busier than usual. You can try contacting them by chat but I doubt your installation date will change.4

Not sure what you were expecting. That's the worst time for moving/installing internet! Everything is booked for weeks. You are lucky that even the 11th is available!4

It's a very busy time of the year in Quebec. If you already have cable internet from another cable ISP company, you may be able to do the installation yourself.5

You can try to find a closer installation, checking everyday if a new slot will be available4 -
Yeah it's that time of the year so you can either look on a dauly basis to see if there's a cancellation or contact support1
