How to defer Payment?

Hi there,
Due to COVID-19 I am struggling financially and was hoping to defer my next billing. Can anyone help me get a in contact with a rep for Fizz. There are never any "chat bubbles" when I come on to ask the question.

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Hi Magn0lia, To contact the customer Service you can either go on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. Good Luck, they will be able to help you ! ! :)

    On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
    Our business hours.
    The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.

    Leave a message on Facebook.

    Hi the support is available from 8am to 9pm. If you don't see the bubble it means there's a lot of people in the queue, just try later. Good luck

    You should try with the support if the bubble is not there wait a bit. This means there's a lot of people waiting to contact them.
